(Mirror (UK) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) MULTI-MILLIONAIRE energy boss Sam Laidlaw, who is sitting on Pounds 606million profit at British Gas after making inflation- busting price rises, advises people in fuel poverty to buy an expensive smartphone with "apps" to control costs.
I think this is known as adding insult to injury. His condescending manner shows just how out of touch he is with the customers he fleeces. As a British Gas consumer, I hope he chokes on his money.
