BT to sell legal services
(City A.M. (UK) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) British telecoms giant BT has entered the legal services market, setting up a motor claims business for corporate customers, after winning a licence to offer legal advice from March of this year. The move follows BT's £64m acquisition of legal IT services firm Tikit. The FTSE 100 firm says BT Law will look to expand into other areas of legal services such as public liability and employment law.
