Capsilon Welcomes Vice President of Support and Services Jim Sciarra
SAN FRANCISCO --(Business Wire)--
Capsilon,
a provider of cloud-based document sharing, imaging and collaboration
solutions for mortgage lenders, announced Jim Sciarra has joined its
executive team as vice president of support and services, where he is
responsible for building successful customer service and technology
support operations.
Sciarra brings more than 20 years of experience in support and services
management for enterprise software, and cloud and SaaS (News - Alert) delivery. Prior
to joining Capsilon, he worked in cloud service operations for Saba
Software where he led teams in the U.S. and India duing the company's
shift from on-premise software to a cloud service model. Sciarra has
held several other executive services and operations positions at
PeopleSoft, Kadiri and Ravenflow. He has built customer support and
professional services organizations from the ground up and has led teams
of support engineers in several countries around the world.

Sciarra holds a bachelor of science degree in telecommunications
management from Syracuse University.
