AthenianRazak Hires Christopher Strom as Director of Project Development
PHILADELPHIA --(Business Wire)--
AthenianRazak (www.athenianrazak.com),
a Philadelphia-based real estate services company, announced today that
it has hired Christopher Strom as Director of Project Development. Chris
will be responsible for data center client services, development
financing, and project development.
Chris has more than two decades of experience in real estate and
development specializing in complex technical buildings. He has been on
multiple sides of real estate transactions worth more than $3 billion
and has a unique skill set that includes development, planning, design,
construction, and finance.

Prior to joining AthenianRazak, Chris led project development for some
of the most innovative data center projects in North America. As a
senior member of Skanska's Mission Critical leadership team, he was
instrumental in developing real estate solutions to support the specific
IT needs of clients, including a modular data center program for a major
Canadian corporation with a guaranteed PUE of 1.15.
AthenianRazak's recent data center work includes improvements to the
data centers at 833 Chestnut in Philadelphia and a data center for the
Administrative Offices of the Pennsylvania Courts. Other recent projects
include the ChesLen Preserve Management Center, Lenfest Hall at the
Curtis Institute of Music, and the Bryn Mawr Film Institute.
