Uzbektelecom cuts tariffs for internet services for ISPs [UzDaily (Uzbekistan)]

Uzbektelecom joint stock company cut tariffs for internet services (external channel) for internet service providers up to US$383.79 per 1 Mbps, the press service of the company said.
This year, Uzbektelecom cut prices for external channel for internet for the second time. In January, the company cut tariffs up to US$409.44 per 1 Mbps.
It recalled that in 2012, the company decreased prices six times and nine times in 2011. The price fell to US$500 per 1 Mbps on 20 January 2012and US$495 on 2 February 2012, to US$95 on 13 April and to US$457 on 30 April, to $442 on 21 May and to US$426 on 27 November.
In last three years, the prices for external channel for ISPs fell from US$1,510 to US$383.79, or over 3 times.
