Below are the three companies in the Office REITs industry with the lowest Revenue Per Employee (RPE). Analysts use RPE as a measure to compare the productivity of companies in the same industry.Government Propertiesome Trust ranks lowest with a an RPE of $325,000. Following is Parkway Properties with a an RPE of $889,000. Douglas Emmett ranks third lowest with a an RPE of $1.1 million.
Coresite Realty Corp follows with a an RPE of $1.1 million, and Duke Realty rounds out the bottom five with a an RPE of $1.1 million.
