ASMALLWORLD Announces Acquisition of the World's Finest Club
ZURICH, Switzerland --(Business Wire)--
ASW Capital AG, the parent company of ASMALLWORLD, the by-invitation
online community, announced today the immediate acquisition of The
World's Finest Clubs AG, the leading company offering exclusive access
across premier clubs worldwide.
"Given the synergies between our two companies, it made sense to conduct
the acquisition," said Sabine Heller, CEO and President of ASMALLWORLD.
"In addition to establishing a corporate base in the German-speaking
