BRIEF: Coast Guard seeks information on boat captain possibly tied to wreckage, body

Coast Guard officials have released a photo of a man they think might have been aboard a boat found broken in pieces offshore of Jacksonville Feb. 24, with a body floating in the debris.
Investigators think the man could be an American boat captain named "Larry" who the Coast Guard has sought to locate as authorities try to figure out what happened to the vessel named On the Weigh, a 50-foot Hatteras.
"Larry" had been reported to be aboard that boat with Guillermo Gonzalez Losada, the 49-year-old Venezuelan found dead in the water, and two other Venezuelan men who have not been located.
Investigators asked anyone with information about the boat captain or anyone who who had been contacted about accompanying the Venezuelan men to phone the Coast Guard investigators at (904) 564-7511.
