Optus rings in a new look

Singtel Optus has announced plans to open 10 new stores in March 2013. The telco will also redesign 100 of its existing outlets, at an estimated cost of $A30m. The strategy is aimed at improving customer service and encouraging consumers to interact with its products. Optus's main rival, Telstra, has significantly increased its focus on customer service in recent years.
