Aurizon revival a work in progress

Australian rail freight company Aurizon is working to improve its reputation with customers. It has succeeded in renewing a long-term contract with miner BHP Billiton. CEO Lance Hockridge said that the company was moving from a traditional business model focused on operating performance to a model that emphasised the view of customers.
