Workforce Management Software Group and dvsAnalytics Enter into Agreement

The Workforce Management Software Group, Inc., (WFMSG), the developer and provider of the Community workforce management solution, announced that they have executed an OEM agreement with dvsAnalytics, Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona, the provider of the Encore recording, quality management and workforce optimization suite, to resell Community within their existing framework.
According to a release, dvsAnalytics will be marketing the product exclusively branded as "Encore Community" worldwide, directly and thru their channel partner network.
"Community enables our partners to very quickly deliver a fully realized workforce management solution with their own suite of complimentary contact center technologies," said Daryl A. Gonos, principal responsible for sales and marketing at WFMSG. "dvsAnalytics has a proven industry track record and we are very pleased that they have elected to enhance their workforce optimization suite by adding Community into their Encore product line." he concluded.
