Mar 11, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) --
Voice Communication Exchange Committee (VCXC) announced the Start! Campaign recognizing the historic importance of the telecom industry transition to all-IP networks.
According to a release, the Start! Campaign includes IP transition briefings, beta testing, and capturing video testimonials as well as plans for a reference system demonstrating the benefits of all-IP networks and HD voice. The Start! Campaign demonstration center gives industry a means to showcase the future of communication through direct hands-on experience.
"The communicating public sets the pace and represents the final arbiter of policy questions arising from the adoption of all-IP networks," said Daniel Berninger, founder, VCXC. "VCXC's Start! Campaign offers direct experience with HD voice and new IP communication services as well as documents the stories of the people shaping the new communication landscape."
The campaign culminates at the Start! Forum in Washington, DC on June 7.
