Telefonica Brasil announces new executive appointment

Telefonica Brasil SA, a telecommunications company, has appointed Alberto Aguirre as chief financial, control and investor relations officer.
According to the company, Mr Aguirre will fill the position in substitution of Gilmar Roberto Pereira Camurra who ceases to exercise the said office.
The posts of CEO, General and Executive Officer and General Secretary and Legal Officer will continue to be exercised by the current holders: Messrs. Antonio Carlos Valente da Silva, Paulo Cesar Pereira Teixeira and Breno Rodrigo Pacheco de Oliveira, respectively, the company concluded.
