Columbia Campus Now Offering Degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology and Healthcare Administration
COLUMBIA, S.C. --(Business Wire)--
ECPI
University is pleased to announce that it is now accepting
applications for two new degrees: an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics
Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health
Science with a concentration in Healthcare
Administration.
The electronics engineering technology program prepares graduates to
install, maintain and repair electrical and electronic equipment. They
also assist in the development, testing, production and quality
assurance of equipment and components such as circuit boards, wireless
phones, PDAs, medical equipment, and control systems.
The curriculum provides the education and experience needed for
employment in a variety of Electronics Engineering-related industries in
both the private and public sector including:

The healthcare administration program is intended to prepare graduates
for entry-level management positions in a variety of healthcare settings.
According to U.S. Department of Labor, employment of medical and health
services managers is expected to grow by 22 percent from 2010 to 2020,
faster than the average for all occupations. As the healthcare industry
is projected to continue to expand and diversify, it will require
managers to help ensure smooth business operations of:
