Silver Spring Networks Prices Initial Public Offering
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. --(Business Wire)--
Silver Spring Networks, Inc. (NYSE: SSNI), a leading networking platform
and solutions provider for smart energy networks, today announced the
pricing of its initial public offering of 4,750,000 shares of common
stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. The shares are
expected to begin trading on The New York Stock Exchange on March 13,
2013 under the symbol "SSNI." All of the shares being sold in the
offering are being sold by Silver Spring Networks. The underwriters have
a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 712,500 shares of common
stock from Silver Spring Networks at the initial public offering price.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are ating
as joint book-running managers for the offering and Piper Jaffray & Co.,
Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Robert W. Baird & Co.,
