DigitalRoute Reports Yearly Results

DigitalRoute, a provider of mediation and data integration solutions for the communications industry, announced that it increased its year-over-year revenue for 2012 by more than 20 percent to 297 million SEK with earnings of 19 million SEK.
According to a release, despite challenging economic conditions, the company continued its profitable growth trend, in the process achieving a number of new deployments. Additionally in 2012, DigitalRoute's engagement model combining direct sales and partner relationships has continued to flourish.
DigitalRoute continues to focus on its single product, MediationZone. This enables users to tap expertise as well as utilize a proven solution, the Company said. MediationZone is deployed to support a variety of use cases including billing mediation, usage management, Policy Control, Machine2Machine tracking, service assurance and others.
MediationZone's convergent capabilities enable it to act as a data collection point and pre-processing agent for convergent charging systems, customer experience management systems and other increasingly critical functions like Analytics. This positions DigitalRoute's product as a key enabler for meeting the operators' Big Data challenges. The low total-cost-of-ownership that has always been a hallmark benefit of MediationZone also gives users a critical advantage in a demanding macro-economic environment.
