Intelliverse announces expansion of partner program

Intelliverse, a cloud communications company, has announced the expansion of its partner program offering to include cloud-based communications solutions.
The new services include IntelliBuzz, a social media analytics and management solution and IntelliConnection, a solution that reportedly eliminates cold calling and helps sales teams connect with prospects. The new services join Intelliverse's Cloud Telephony suite of Interactive Voice Response, Automatic Call Distribution and IP Telephony services.
IntelliBuzz is a social media monitoring service that helps organizations listen, engage, measure and optimize interactions across multiple social platforms to develop a better understanding of customers and markets, integrate a social CRM channel and align social strategies with overall business objectives, the company said.
IntelliConnection provides both an automated calling application and an appointment setting service that handles all inbound and outbound calling efforts to increase conversations, grow sales and accelerate revenue. The automated application eliminates dialing and delivers decision makers to sales representatives, the company added.
