Air Media Group to release financial results for Q4 2012 Fri.
BEIJING, Mar 14, 2013 (Xinhua via COMTEX) --
Air Media Group (AMCN.NASDAQ) Charm Com
munications Inc (CHRM.NASDAQ) announced that it would announce its fin
ancial results for the fourth quarter of 2012 and the whole fiscal yea
r after the closing of the U.S. stock market on March 14 Eastern Sta
ndard Time (EST), which was on March 15 Beijing Time.
The management team of the company would hold a financial result te
lephone conference at 8:00 pm on March 14 EST, which was 8:00 am on Ma
rch 15 Beijing Time, according to the notice.
The company generated 73.10 million US dollars worth of total reven
ues in the third quarter of 2012, up 4.3 percent year on year, and suf
fered 27.30 million U.S. dollars of net losses during the period, in s
harp contrast to the 1.7 million U.S. dollars of net losses in the sam
e period last year.
It expected that the total revenues would stand between 77 million
