Trulia Announces Pricing of Follow-On Offering
SAN FRANCISCO --(Business Wire)--
Trulia, Inc. (NYSE: TRLA), a leading online marketplace for homebuyers,
sellers, renters and real estate professionals, today announced the
pricing of its follow-on public offering of an aggregate of 6,210,705
shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $29.75 per share.
Trulia is selling 3,500,000 shares of common stock and certain selling
stockholders are selling 2,710,705 shares of common stock in the
offering. In addition, Trulia and certain of the selling stockholders
have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an
aggregate of 931,606 additional shares of common stock at the public
offering price, 525,000 of which would be offered by Trulia and 406,606
of which would be offered by crtain selling stockholders.
Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities and RBC Capital Markets
are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. Needham &
Company and William Blair are serving as co-managers.
