BRIEF: Oakdale places 11th in decathlon

Mar 18, 2013 (The Modesto Bee - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- The Academic Decathlon team from Oakdale High School finished 11th among 61 teams in the statewide competition in Sacramento.

Granada Hills Charter High School, near Los Angeles, won the event. Oakdale placed second in Division II, made up of teams with the 11th to 30th best scores in regional contests.
