BRIEF: Athens superintendent survey to be ready today

Parents with students attending Athens City Schools will have a good idea Friday what other parents and teachers want in a new superintendent of schools.
A research consultant hired to help the schools find a superintendent to replace retiring Superintendent Orman Bridges Jr., planned to brief board members Thursday night on the results of an online survey and community-engagement meetings. The results will be available online Friday at www.enewscourier.com and in Sunday's print edition of The News Courier.
