BRIEF: Police seek suspect in morning robbery at Roanoke County store

Police are investigating a robbery that happened early this morning in Roanoke County.
A masked male took an undetermined amount of money from the Stop In Food Store in the 3800 block of Brambleton Avenue about 3:20 a.m., police spokeswoman Teresa Hamilton Hall said in a news release.
The man showed workers inside the store a semi-automatic weapon before demanding the money, according to the news release.
The man is described as white, in his late 20s to early 30s, between 5 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, and between 120 and 140 pounds. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a ski mask, the release said.
Store clerks said they saw him leav e on foot in the direction of Brambleton Avenue and Garst Mill Road.
