Huawei, an information and communications technology solutions provider, has announced the launch of its Global Network Evolution & Experience Center, or GNEEC.
According to the company, the GNEEC was specifically designed and developed to manage the challenges that operators encounter during the network evolution process. The GNEEC helps operators select the optimum network evolution solution that will meet the demands of subscribers while minimizing financial risks and generating a higher return on investment, the company said.
The GNEEC covers an area of 1,500 square meters and is equipped with multi-generation E2E network systems with more than 200 sets of equipment supplied by eight vendors with specialisms in all domains of the network infrastructure, the company added.
Multi-vendor interoperability tests can be performed on over 30 kinds of network evolution plans, while independent testing and professional services areas can be configured to ensure that the GNEEC can simulate and support all the major network evolution processes deployed in today's global markets, the company reported.
"The GNEEC will help our customers to realize their business strategy efficiently" said Lianghua, President of GTS Business Unit, Huawei.
