BRIEF: Pecos man pleads guilty in child porn case

Apr 26, 2013 (Odessa American - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- A Pecos man charged with distribution of child pornography pleaded guilty in federal court.

John Allen Quisenberry, a former Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD teacher and former ECISD special education aide, pleaded guilty in federal court and could be sentenced to between five years to 20 years in federal prison.

According to a federal complaint, an undercover officer downloaded nine child pornography files from Quisenberry's computer on Sept. 21, 2011.

Some of the images included girls from 12 to 14 years old being bound and performing sexual poses wearing only corsets and stockings, according to the complaint.

Quisenberry worked as a special education aide with ECISD from Aug. 31, 2010, through June 2, 2011, and then as a history teacher at PBTISD from August 2011 through Jan. 26, 2012, the day federal agents searched Quisenberry's Pecos home.

Quisenberry is also the son of prominent West Texas football coach Randy Quisenberry.
