Calabrio's Latest Versions of Workforce Management and Quality Management Secure 'Avaya Compliant' Label [Professional Services Close - Up]
(Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Calabrio, Inc., a provider of contact center workforce optimization and analytics software, announced that its latest versions of Calabrio Workforce Management and Calabrio Quality Management solutions are compliant with key contact center solutions from Avaya, a provider of business collaboration and communication software and services.
According to a release, Calabrio Workforce Management and Calabrio Quality Management solutions are elements of the Calabrio ONE Web 2.0-based Workforce Optimization software suite.

The Avaya DevConnect program enables businesses to confidently add capabilities to their network, speed deployment of new applications and reduce both network complexity and implementation costs.
