Interactions EVP Phil Gray to Speak at SpeechTEK 2013

Interactions Corp. announced that Phil Gray, Executive Vice President of Business Development, has been selected to join the exclusive roster of presenters at SpeechTEK 2013, at the New York Marriott Marquis.
According to a release, Gray will speak on Wednesday, Aug. 21 at 2:45 p.m. ET as a part of a Business Strategies panel entitled 'Will Natural Language Deliver on Its Promises?' alongside panelists from EIG UK and West Interactive. The session will be moderated by James Lewis, Senior Human Factors Engineer, Software Group from IBM.
This panel will analyze the progress that's been made in the goal of achieving a truly natural, conversational voice interaction as well as instances where the industry has not yet met this goal. The panelists will discuss the technology behind natural language, customer perceptions of interacting with natural language applications and identify challenges.
Conference chairs Susan Hura, principal, SpeechUsability, and James Larson, vice president, Larson Technical Services, promise a thought-provoking agenda.
SpeechTEK is co-located with CRM Evolution, the Customer Service Experience Conference and the Customer Solutions Expo.
