Xolo issues Android 4.1 for X1000, A800; X900 gets ICS [Global Data Point]

Indian handset manufacturer, Xolo has issued software updates for its five smartphones. Few updates are available through over the air while others can be downloaded through USB. Among the devices that have got updates include the Xolo X900, X1000, Q600, Q700, and A800. Xolo X1000, which was launched in March this year with Android ICS operating system, has now been provided Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean version. The update is of 208 MB and will bring several performance improvements.
Xolo X1000, which is currently available for around Rs 14,000, comes with a 2 GHz Intel HT processor, 4.7 inch high definition display, 8 megapixel rear camera, and a 2 megapixel BSI front camera. Besides, it has 1 GB RAM, 8 GB of internal memory, and 32 GB external micro SD card.
