RLS Construction Group of Carroll Township will correct water tower deficiencies at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in South Lebanon Township for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The project will include disassembly of an existing multi-column elevated water tower and construction of a 250,000-gallon elevated potable water storage tank.
