"This new facility will further decreased downtime for our client's units and increase our low cost next day shipping territory to include more customers," said Jeff Covert, parts specialist at Eagle Mark 4. "Our yard truck inventory has grown by over 6,000 units; the 6,000 units alone dwarfs what most dealers keep in stock."
"This is something we have been working on for a while now," said Charles Smith, IT Director with Eagle Mark 4. "We have two locations tied together in real time, two huge inventories available and the same ordering & billing process. You can't beat that." Smith added that Eagle Mark 4 has the largest inventory of yard truck parts in the nation.
"That's not some marketing tactic. We invite everyone even our competitors, to browse our inventory in person or online, we have nothing to hide. Our only focus is yard trucks. We don't deal with forklifts or trailers and we ship your parts faster than any of our competition ever could," said Smith.
