Things a PM Abbott should do, and things he certainly won't

The Business Council of Australia wants the most efficient means of cutting carbon emissions to be identified. Opposition leader Tony Abbott will not be inclined to act on the Council's urgings if he becomes prime minister. Abbott says he will hold a double dissolution election if necessary in order to remove the carbon tax. Nor can the Council expect Abbott to relinquish his costly parental leave scheme.
