Cable operator Time Warner Cable Inc (NYSE:TWC) revealed on Friday that it has entered into an agreement for a multi-year sponsorship for the US Open with the United States Tennis Association (USTA), the national governing body for tennis.
The company will serve as an Official Sponsor of the US Open Tennis Championships in New York City, with promotional efforts including on- and off-court signage as well as an on-site activation space called the Time Warner Cable Experience at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center during the tournament.
