(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) New York, New York (PRWEB) August 29, 2013
Zamansky LLC investigates financial advisor Larry J. Dearman Jr., and his alleged sales of investments in Bartnet Wireless Internet, The Property Shoppe and Quench Buds. The investigation concerns alleged fraud in connection with Dearman's sales, and alleged failures of his investment firms to supervise his activities.
On August 27, 2013, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in Oklahoma issued Litigation Release 22789 announcing that it had filed a complaint with securities fraud charges against Dearman and a close friend for alleged sales of $4.7 million of fraudulent investments in Bartnet Wireless Internet, The Property Shoppe and Quench Buds. The SEC's complaint also alleged that Dearman stole $700,000 of customer funds. The SEC complaint is filed in Oklahoma District Court, Tulsa Division, Docket No. 13-CV-553.
Zamansky LLC is investigating the alleged sales by Dearman, and allegations of supervisory failure at his investment firms. According to investment fraud attorney, Jake Zamansky, brokerage and investment firms have duties to supervise their employees and the activity of their employees. Investors who were victims of Dearman's alleged fraud should have their situation reviewed by an attorney, Zamansky states.
