Conor Venture Partners sells stake in Sensinode to ARM Holdings

Sensinode, Ltd., a Finland-based provider of technology and software solutions for the Internet of things (IoT), has been acquired by ARM Holdings plc, a UK-based designer of microprocessors, physical intellectual property, and related technology and software.
Following the transaction, ARM will continue the commercial offering of Sensinode's NanoStack and NanoService products to existing and new customers.
Earlier in January 2011, Sensinode secured funding from Conor Venture Partners Oy, a venture capital firm.
Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP acted as legal advisor to ARM Holdings.
