SpeechStorm deploys IVR system at eircom [Global Data Point]

The IVR system has enabled to bring a 20 percent increase in customer self-service activities across the eircom, Meteor and eMobile brands. Implemented in record time at eircom headquarters in Dublin, the system has been live for six months.
