iTalk to acquire Idataroam

iTalk, Inc. (formerly Sopac Cellular Solutions, Inc.), a US-based provider of advanced communications and mobile broadband services, has signed a binding letter of intent (LOI) to acquire Idataroam International Limited (Idataroam) and its Australian subsidiary Idataroam International Pty. Limited.
Idataroam is a New Zealand-based mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that provides data roaming solutions to travelers through the use of technology and software solutions.
