UCare and Fairview Health Services Partner to Offer Fairview UCare Choices Products on MNsure
MINNEAPOLIS --(Business Wire)--
Health Services have partnered to create two health coverage plans
UCare Choices for metro-area Minnesotans seeking coverage on the MNsure
health insurance marketplace this fall.
Fairview UCare Choices comprises two new health coverage products
- Fairview UCare Choices Bronze and Fairview UCare Choices Silver.
The plans will be available to individuals ages 0-64 residing in eight
metro counties: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Sherburne,
Dakota, and Washington. Fairview UCare Choices enrollees will
have a seamless health care experience, and have access to online tools
and dedicated customer services for fully integrated care and coverage.
Consumers in this service area can choose among the two Fairview
UCare Choices plans and UCare's UCare
Choices ore, Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans that also will be
available in the eight-county metropolitan area and 15 other Minnesota

early retirees (ages 55-65), who may not historically have had access to
Fairview UCare Choices members will obtain their health care
exclusively from Fairview's broad provider networks and wide range of
physicians, specialists, and hospitals. The Fairview Health Network
(available in both UCare Choices and Fairview UCare Choices
plan options) includes more than 2,000 physicians located at more than
200 clinics and seven metro-area hospitals, including University of
Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview, and University of Minnesota Amplatz
To help consumers learn about MNsure, UCare is conducting free
information meetings across the UCare Choices service area. UCare
also is conducting an advertising campaign and has launched a website, www.ucarechoices.org,
where the public can turn for MNsure and product information.
