Google has revealed the next release of its Android software will be called KitKat, in collaboration with the manufacturers of the chocolate bar.
Google has said the KitKat operating system will feature greater accessibility for the world's biggest phone operating system.
In an industry first, KitKat bars with labels showing an Android mascot eating the chocolate biscuit will offer consumers the chance to win a Nexus 7 tablet or Google Play credit.
KitKat is owned by Nestle and made by Hershey's in the United States.
Previous Android versions were named after generic sweets, such as Cupcake, Eclair, Gingerbread, Honeycomb and Jelly Bean.
There are now more than one billion Android devices in the world.
