Dealer.com Names New CFO [Travel & Leisure Close - Up]
(Travel & Leisure Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Dealer.com, a provider of marketing and operations software for the automotive industry, announced the appointment of Craig Dynes as chief financial officer.
According to a release, Dynes will be responsible for the overall financial planning and analysis of the company, supervising budgeting and internal controls, and guiding strategic growth opportunities, as well as overseeing IT and legal.

With nearly 30 years experience, the Company said Dynes has managed strategic growth investments for reputable technology leaders including Pegasystems, Demandware and SilverStream. He specializes in treasury, strategic planning, acquisitions and business model transformation. Dynes will report directly to president and CEO, Rick Gibbs.

Prior to joining Dealer.com in August 2013, the Company noted that Dynes served as chief financial officer for Pegasystems, Inc., where he directed financial planning, accounting and SEC reporting, and Investor Relations. During his tenure there, the company tripled its revenue and ranked number 16 on the Fortune 100 list of Fastest Growing Public Companies. Dynes is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business Administration, the University of Western Ontario and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant.
