Mindspeed introduces new burst-mode transimpedance amplifier

Mindspeed Technologies, Inc., a supplier of semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure applications, has introduced the M02036-13, a next-generation GPON burst-mode transimpedance amplifier, or TIA, targeted for GPON optical line termination, or OLT, equipment based on ITU-T G.984.2 OLT Class C+ specifications.
"Mindspeed offers the industry's most comprehensive optical physical media device (PMD) portfolio for fiber-access networks," said Hasnain Bajwa, senior vice president and general manager, high-performance analog (HPA), at Mindspeed.
