Personify Interactive Wins Top Honors at Interactive Media AwardsVienna, VA, Sep 20, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Personify Interactive, the web solutions division of Personify, today announced it received three Outstanding Achievement Awards in Website Development by the Interactive Media Awards. The Interactive Media Awards recognize the highest standards of excellence in website design and development and honor individuals and organizations for their outstanding achievement. Personify Interactive created award-winning designs for the Air Force Association, the Utilities Telecom Council and the American Dental Education Association. The honor recognizes that the project met and surpassed the basic standards of excellence that comprise the web's most professional work. The three winning sites were honored specifically for excellence in the Association category. Megan McKelvy, Personify Interactive Director, said, "It's an honor to have our work recognized by the Interactive Media Awards. Receiving three awards is further validation that Personify Interactive is a leader in the industry and able to effectively and efficiently develop powerful and appealing websites for the association community." The judging consisted of various criteria, including design, usability, innovation in technical features, standards compliance and content. In order to win this award level, the site had to meet strict guidelines in each area--an achievement only a fraction of sites in the Interactive Media Awards competition earn each quarter. Senior Creative Designer, Kelvin Ward explains the process, "We held web strategy meetings with each of our clients to ensure we understood the organizations' strategic goals and website business objectives prior to diving into the design. By understanding the needs of the associations as well as the wants of site visitors, we were able to provide creative solutions that are compelling, engaging and intelligent." This is the second time this year the Personify Interactive team has been recognized for their excellence in website design. In April, they received three bronze Horizon Interactive Awards, a leading international interactive media awards competition. Award-winning designs were created for The American Dental Education Association, TAUG Conference 2013 and the Utilities Telecom Council.
