China Mobile announces bid results for TD-LTE main equipment

China's largest telecom operator
China Mobile (CHL.NYSE; 00941.HK) has publicized the bid result of
its integrated procurement for TD-LTE main equipment, the telecom
news portal c114.net reported on Sunday.
Nine companies became bid winners in the procurement. The
companies are Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson, Datang Mobile, Nokia-Siemens,
FiberHome, Alcatel-SBell, POSTCOM and Putian. But China Mobile did
not release the share won by each company.
The integrated procurement involves 207,000 base stations for the
homegrown 4G TD-LTE networks in 31 provinces. The bid was launched in
