Tremor Video Welcomes Michael Barrett to Its Board of Directors
NEW YORK --(Business Wire)--
Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE:TRMR), a leading provider of technology-driven
video advertising solutions, announced today that Michael Barrett,
former Executive Vice President and Global Chief Revenue Officer of
Yahoo! and former CEO of Admeld, has joined its Board of Directors.
Mr. Barrett, currently an Internet venture investor, previously served
as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Revenue Officer of Yahoo!.
Prior to Yahoo!, Barrett was at Google (News - Alert) where he led the integration
efforts following Google's acquisition of Admeld, a leading global
supply side platform solution for premium publishers. Barrett was
formerly CEO of Admeld. Prior to Admeld, he served as Executive Vice
President and Chief Revenue Officer at Fox Interactive Media and
Executive Vice President of Sales and Partnerships at AOL (News - Alert).

In addition to the news of Barrett's arrival, the company announced that
Laura Desmond has resigned from its Board of Directors effective

of Directors since January 2012.
