CenturyLink Wholesale Gets 5 'Best-in-Class' Awards [Professional Services Close - Up]

According to a release, the honors were presented to CenturyLink on September 24 by international research firm Atlantic-ACM during a ceremony at the COMPTEL PLUS 2013 convention in Orlando.
CenturyLink noted that the Atlantic-ACM 2013 U.S. Metro Wholesale Carrier Report Card, based on customer survey results, shows CenturyLink Wholesale rated best-in-class for its customer service, sales representatives, provisioning, billing and data value. This is the 8th consecutive year that CenturyLink has been honored by Atlantic-ACM with Best-in-Class awards.
"These awards are particularly important to CenturyLink because they represent the voice of the customer and directly reflect the experience they have with us," said Bill Cheek, president of CenturyLink's wholesale markets group. "We are a company that is committed to providing high-quality communications solutions along with outstanding customer service."
