Bill Oldham and Fred Cecere join Martin, Blanck & Associates; Bruce Green leaves to join Deloitte
ALEXANDRIA, Va. --(Business Wire)--
Martin, Blanck & Associates, a health services consulting practice
focused on federal health sector programs and services announced the
addition of two new senior partners: Bill Oldham and Dr. Fred Cecere.
Prior to joining Martin, Blanck & Associates, Mr. Oldham has had over
twenty years of experience in bringing cutting edge technologies to the
healthcare sector, most recently as Chairman and CEO of Evolvent. Under
his leadership, Evolvent supported innovative health care projects in
many areas, including work process automation, DOD/VA information
sharing, telemedicine support for the Wounded Warrior project, and
technology cost reductions through architecture modernization,
consolidation, virtualization, and systems modernization.
Dr. Fred Cecere, a board certified rheumatologist and internist
and a retired Army Colonel, has beena leader in healthcare reform
through the design and conduct of focused studies for over 30 years. He
is currently Vice President and Executive Director of the Thought
Leadership and Innovation Foundation, has also served as Chief Medical
Officer for three major corporations involved in healthcare technology.
He has been actively engaged in the reengineering of military medicine
for decades, including three years as coordinator the Federal Health
Futures Group (FHFG).
