Culture Foundry Lands Top Technical Talent in 2013
SEATTLE --(Business Wire)--
On the heels of a string of successful web and mobile site launches for
such clients as Bonnie Raitt, The Kentucky Derby and Home Power
Magazine, Culture Foundry (www.culturefoundry.com)
announced today that it has bolstered its technical firepower by adding
senior-level developers Jeff Lindermeier and Roberto Santiago to its
team in 2013.
Based in Culture Foundry's Boulder office, Lindermeier's background
includes more than 15 years of design and development experience,
including co-owning a web development company for more than six years.
At Culture Foundry he focuses mostly on front-end development for
clients such as Churchill Downs, Pride Mountain Vineyards and
Based in Culture Foundry's Portland office, Santiago also previously ran
his own company. He brings more than 20 years of extensive systems
architecture and engineering experience in both the business and
academic fields. At Culture Foundry, Santiago spends his time tackling
projects from a systems perspective, and is currently leading the
development team engaged in a major online media initiative.
"We're delighted that both Jeff and Roberto elected to join our team
this year," said Culture Foundry CEO Hans Bjordahl. "We aspire to build
a place where the entrepreneurially minded can thrive, and the fact that
Jeff and Roberto have backgrounds as first-rate technologists and have
been owners of their own companies illustrates that. Both had their
choice of opportunities, but at the end of the day they decided Culture
Foundry was the place to be."
"What attracted me to Culture Foundry was its leadership, values and the
incredibly talented group of designers and developers. I was very
impressed with the outstanding work they had done for clients in a broad
range of industries and was eager to join the team," noted Lindermeier.
"What I love most about Culture Foundry is that it understands that the
type of talent and expertise needed to create excellence can't be
separated from the human experience, and as such it really fosters the
whole person, including the talent and skills each individual brings to
our clients," said Santiago. "That, and the fact that no one minds that
I never wear shoes."
