Frank Montoya, Officer of National Counter Intelligence Office on 'Winning the Internal Espionage War'

Frank Montoya Jr., National Counterintelligence Officer of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) will address the issue of 'Winning the Internal Espionage War', and while doing so, he will provide a threat level briefingAand offer perspective on the critical elements needed to optimize internal threat detection and management.
Mr. Montoya will deliver the opening keynote presentation at the upcoming GTRA Council Meeting. As a member of the DNI leadership team, Mr. Montoya provides over two decades of experience in the investigative and counterintelligence community, holding such posts as Unit Chief of the Counterintelligence Division of the FBI and establishing the National Cyber Investigations Joint Task Force. Mr. Montoya represents the values of the DNI by advocating for a fully integrated intelligence community, secure information sharing, and strategic partnerships that strengthen the scope and comprehensiveness of national and international relations.
