abdicar Communications relocates headquarters to Panama
Oct 09, 2013 (MarketLine via COMTEX) --
abdicar Communications, a provider of web hosting and other internet services, has announced the relocation of its headquarters to Panama City, Panama.
"We have been evaluating what is best for the company, and moving to Panama is the right direction right now," mentioned L. Arroyo Operations Manager at abdicar. "Panama has a better financial-based system, which has been a key element on making this decision," he also mentions.
abdicar will continue to have an office in Costa Rica with basic operations staff, but will keep FULL STAFF in Technical Support and Customer Service. "Our clients have to know we are keeping customer related staff untouched. Customer and Technical support will remain as it is," emphasized E. Gonzalez, Marketing Manager for abdicar Communications.
With this move abdicar plans to have better services on billing, and customer integration. One of the major reasons comes from credit card processing facilities in Panama, and a wider array of services in the financial sector. Also abdicar plans to increase the presence of their services in Panama, in the years to come.
This also means that abdicar Communications, Inc. will be the new figure instead of abdicar Communications, S.A. Besides, moving to Panama helps them start planning for their South America integration plan to be started in 2014.
