VehicleHistory.com has created a new complaint resolution center in order to better deal with questions and concerns from their customers, the company said yesterday.
"We take each and every customer complaint seriously," a VehicleHistory.com spokesman said. "But we were not convinced we were doing the best job we could. There were some problems in the complaint resolution process, so we decided to address them before they hurt our company's reputation."
VehicleHistory.com is now making complaint resolution the company's number one priority, he said.
"When you have a complaint with a company, it should be satisfied as quickly and fairly as possible," the VehicleHistory.com spokesman said. "We were doing that 90 percent of the time, but some problems were falling through the cracks. We hope the new complaint resolution center will help fix that."
The complaint resolution center will have the goal of responding to every complaint call within 90 seconds, solving the complaint in under five minutes, and finding solutions that are fair to both the company and the customer.
"You can't run a company without getting some complaints from customers," the VehicleHistory.com spokesman said. "But you really need to have benchmarks and procedures in place to solve them as best you can. That's how people judge the worth of a company."
VehicleHistory.com complaint resolution center has new staff and fully upgraded hardware and software.
"Each and every person working in the complaint resolution center has at least 10 years customer service experience," he said. "We are giving our customers the best of the best. We don't think they'll have a complaint with that."
