'No police', ex-student warned
Oct 17, 2013 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) --
In South Australia (SA), a former student has been instructed not to contact police after being paid $A30,000 in compensation for being wrongly accused of viewing pornographic sites. The student's internet account was used by his teacher to view the web sites. Don Mackie, the head of legal services at the SA Education Department, wrote in an email to the student that the agreement he signed prevented him from raising the matter with police.
