Empower Software Solutions Reports on Attendance at EmpowerFocus User Conference [Professional Services Close - Up]
(Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Empower Software Solutions, a provider of workforce management (WFM) and human capital management (HCM) solutions, recently celebrated the successful culmination of EmpowerFocus 2013, the company's annual user conference.
A record crowd of clients, representing companies ranging from industry leaders in manufacturing, retail, and hospitality to small and mid-sized private firms attended the three-day event held at the Renaissance Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
According to the company, attendees enjoyed keynote addresses from former Governor of the State of Florida, Jeb Bush, and Mark Sanborn, interactive demos and instructional sessions, and case study presentations from Empower Software clients, including some of the country's leading grocery, home improvement, and petroleum retailers.
"EmpowerFocus represents an incredible opportunity for the Empower team to educate our clients on what's new with our solutions, demonstrate how we are enhancing the value we deliver to their organizations, and offer a view of our strategic development roadmap," said Jim Hoefflin, Empower President and CEO. "Through that process, we are able to capture excellent feedback that we use to enhance our solutions even further. Additionally, we get to say 'thank you' in person, and celebrate our success with the people who are responsible for it; our loyal clients."
EmpowerFocus 2013 was capped off with a private client appreciation party at one of Orlando's premier theme parks, where guests interacted with "superheroes and villains", and enjoyed full access to the park's rides. Key sponsors of the conference included HRsmart, Axsium Group, Accu-Time Systems, Claris, Convey, Manhattan Associates, M2SYS, Fifth Third Bank, and Cielostar.
"As is the case with our overall success at Empower Software, this event would not have been possible without our valued partners," said Hoefflin. "We thank them all for their generous support."
